Browsing Boxes

We have been searching for a while for a way for each student to create an e-portfolio to showcase their work to their parents. We wanted this to be work in progress, not just completed work. We wanted access to be available at any time. We wanted to share the access in a safe and secure way for families. So, after a great deal of ‘grunt’ work by Mrs Moloney and Ms Kingsford, we are now very proud to present our student’s browsing boxes. Thank you to these ladies for spending so much time in consultation with CSO staff and others, to get it right. The Browsing Boxes can only be accessed by using your child’s user name and password. Please follow the rules about not sharing this access to other family members. This is all explained by using the QR Code (in week 7 newsletter) or the link below to access the information on how to find your child’s browsing box. They are and will always be, a work in progress. We hope we can utilise these in conjunction with our Learning Conversations too. They should create a wonderful record for your child of their primary school years.

Reading Writing Arts Festival

Throughout 2020 our school community participated in the Joeys Reading Writing and Arts Festival. This celebration extended across 3 terms and provided staff and students with a myriad of opportunities to explore Reading, Writing and Art. We welcomed amazing authors, illustrators, musicians, Indigenous performers, educators and so much more. If you would like to learn more about the festival visit the website.
